OUTCOME AND OBJECTIVES

Course Outcome: Upon completion of this course, students will have an introductory overview of leadership. They will have the tools needed to increase their leadership ability. 

Course Objectives:

• Students will develop a basic understanding of leadership.  
• Students will learn the basic methods of communicating as a leader.
• Students will learn the basic methods of leadership execution including leading themselves and building a team. 
• Students will study the leadership style of Jesus and learn how to apply it.

COURSE SCHEDULE

Please use this schedule as a guide as you work through the Leadership course. You will need to complete the following modules at a minimum each week, but are welcome to work ahead as far as you’d like.

Week 1 (5/7) – Module 1-4 (2.5 hrs)
Week 2 (5/14) – Module 5-8 (2.4 hrs)
